Article 1: General Provisions
The electronic web store of Zenderservice, a BV with its registered office in Zele (Belgium), Dendermondebaan 66, Company number: BE 0458.015.192 (hereinafter referred to as Zenderservice), offers its customers the opportunity to purchase products online. These General Terms and Conditions ("Conditions") apply to all items from the Zenderservice assortment and to every purchase made by the customer from Zenderservice.
The customer accepts that these conditions are the only applicable ones, excluding their own general or specific (purchase) conditions, even if those stipulate that they are exclusively applicable.
Article 2: Price
All prices mentioned are always inclusive of VAT and any other taxes to be borne by the customer. If transportation, reservation, or administrative costs are charged, this will be stated separately. The price indication refers exclusively to the items as described in words. The accompanying photo is decorative and may contain elements or items not included in the price.
Article 3: Offer
Each offer is only open to customers residing in the European Union. The articles are intended solely for normal use.
Despite the fact that the website is compiled with the greatest possible care, it is still possible that the information provided is incomplete, contains material errors, or is not up-to-date. If you have specific questions, for example about sizes, colours, availability, delivery time, or delivery method, we ask you to contact us in advance (see Article 11).
Zenderservice is only obliged to an effort commitment regarding the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of the provided information. Zenderservice is in no way liable for material errors, typographical, or printing errors.
The offer is valid as long as stocks last and can be modified or withdrawn by Zenderservice at any time.
Zenderservice is entitled to refuse orders without stating reasons, adjust delivery times, split deliveries, or impose other conditions on delivery.
Article 4: Online Purchases
The customer can purchase items from the Zenderservice assortment online.
The purchase is completed when the customer receives a confirmation email from Zenderservice. The items are delivered to the customer's home at the provided delivery address or the specified pick-up point.
The customer has the following payment options:

Bancontact/Mister Cash
iDEAL
Bank transfer
Article 5: Retention of Title
The delivered items remain the exclusive property of Zenderservice until full payment is received from the customer. However, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to the customer upon delivery. The customer agrees to inform third parties about Zenderservice's retention of title, if necessary, for example to anyone who attempts to seize the unpaid items.
Article 6: Complaints
Any visible damage and/or qualitative defect in an item or any other defect in the delivery must be reported immediately, under penalty of forfeiting any rights.
Article 7: Warranty
a. Legal warranty (for consumers only)
Under the law of 21 September 2004 on the protection of consumers in the sale of consumer goods, the consumer has legal rights. Each item is subject to the legal warranty from the date of purchase by (or delivery to) the first owner. Any commercial warranty does not affect these rights.
b. General
To invoke the warranty, the customer must be able to provide proof of purchase.
For items purchased online and delivered to the customer's home, the customer must first contact Zenderservice before returning the item at their own expense.
Any defect must be reported within 14 days of its discovery. After this period, the right to repair or replacement lapses.
The (commercial and/or legal) warranty does not apply to defects arising from accidents, water infiltration, neglect, falls, incorrect installation, abnormal or improper use, use of the item contrary to the purpose for which it was designed, failure to follow instructions or manuals, modifications or changes to the item, rough handling, poor maintenance, or abnormal or improper use.
It also does not apply to items with a shorter lifespan or wear items. Defects that occur after 6 months from the date of purchase, or delivery if applicable, are presumed not to be hidden defects, unless proven otherwise by the customer.
Problems with products caused by water infiltration or a dead or defective battery are not covered by the warranty.
The warranty is non-transferable.
Article 8: Right of Withdrawal
The provisions of this article apply only to customers who, in their capacity as consumers, purchase items online:
The consumer has the right to notify Zenderservice that they wish to cancel the purchase, without paying a penalty and without giving any reason, within 14 days from the day following the delivery of the product (not applicable for professional purchases with a VAT number).
Customers who wish to exercise their right of withdrawal must contact Zenderservice customer service within 14 days of delivery and return the goods at their own expense within 20 days from the delivery of the goods to Zenderservice, Dendermondebaan 66, 9240 Zele, Belgium.
Goods with a sales price of €100 or more must be returned to us by registered mail or courier.
Only items in their original, undamaged packaging, together with all accessories, instructions, and invoice or proof of purchase, can be returned.
The following items will not be accepted for return under any circumstances:
Used, soiled, damaged, or incomplete items
Items whose packaging (or part of it) has been damaged
Items that by their nature cannot be returned*
Items specially ordered for the customer
Business purchases
* Example: Items that require an activation code that cannot be reset or reinstalled, such as certain smart items or code keyboards with a specific reset or master code.
Article 9: Privacy
Zenderservice commits to using your data exclusively for fulfilling the agreement concluded with you by your order and to send you information from Zenderservice without obligation. We treat your data as confidential information and will never disclose, rent, or sell it to third parties. You can access, correct, modify, or delete your data stored in Zenderservice's customer list at any time, and you can refuse to allow Zenderservice to use your data to send you information. The customer is responsible for keeping their login details and password confidential. Your password is stored encrypted, so Zenderservice has no access to it. Zenderservice strictly complies with the Belgian law of 8 December 1992 concerning the protection of privacy in the processing of personal data. You have access via your user profile to all available data about you on Zenderservice for consultation, modification, or deletion.
Zenderservice's website uses cookies. Cookies are a standard internet technology that allows certain information to be stored and accessed on the user's system. Cookies cannot be used to identify individuals; a cookie can only identify a machine. Every internet user can set their computer to not accept cookies. If your computer does not accept cookies, you may encounter problems during the ordering process. If this is the case, please contact us so we can manually enter your order. Article 10: Impairment of Validity – Non-Waiver
If any provision of these terms is declared invalid, illegal, or null, this will in no way affect the validity, legality, and enforceability of the other provisions. The failure of Zenderservice at any time to enforce any of the rights listed in these conditions, or to exercise any right thereof, shall never be regarded as a waiver of such provision and shall never affect the validity of these rights.

Article 12: Changes to Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions are supplemented by other conditions explicitly referred to and the general sales conditions of Zenderservice. In the event of any conflict, the present terms and conditions shall prevail. Zenderservice reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any purchase made after such changes implies acceptance by the customer of the new terms and conditions.
Article 13: Proof
The customer accepts that electronic communications and backups can serve as proof.
Article 14: Delivery Times and Issues with Delivery
We dispatch orders from Monday to Friday, every afternoon. The indicated delivery times are indicative, but a shipment via DPD typically takes 1 to 2 working days for Belgium and the Netherlands. In exceptional cases, a shipment may take longer. If a package is in transit for more than 7 working days, we will initiate an investigation.
You must inform us within 30 days if you have not received a shipment. If we do not hear from you within this period, we will consider the shipment delivered.
Article 15: Applicable Law – Competent Court
Belgian law applies, with the exception of the provisions of international private law regarding applicable law and the Rome-I Regulation on the law applicable to international contracts concerning movable goods. In the event of disputes, only the courts in Dendermonde have jurisdiction.
